How frequently should I see a trainer?
On average our clients train with us 2-3x a week based on their specific goals.
Will I need to workout on my own without my trainer?
It varies based on the individual program. However, we recommend cardio and stretching to be done at a minimum on your own.
What are some of the certifications you have?
TRX Instructors, FMS (Functional Movement Specialist), AIS (Active Isolated Stretch), Crossfit Kettlebell and Muscle Activation Technique.
What if I need to reschedule a session?
Contact your trainer 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.

Results are individualized and based on your specific goals and commitment to scheduling. We Typically see noticable changes with 3x of week of personal training for 8 weeks.
